For those new to me as an author – here is a little about me:
When I am not writing, I am a nurse, a mother to two teens and a caregiver.
Getting lost in the worlds I create while writing is my guilty pleasure.
If that wasn’t enough, I am one of the co-founders of Ink and Imagination Events, a business dedicated to bringing exciting events across the UK and Ireland. Our first event is a fantasy festival and book signing, coming to Wales, august 20-22nd, 2027 and we can’t wait!

Review on My Mysterious Mate
A well written, captivating book that you just can’t put down. The author paints a very detailed picture of this magical world with so much detail and history. The characters are so well written, each with their own history and struggles. I throughly enjoyed reading this book and canot wait for the sequel!

Loved this book so much! The descriptive writing style draws you in and I couldn’t put it down wanting to know more and more the further I read. I’m new to ‘fantasy’ novels but Avalina is fast becoming one of my favourite authors.

Such a great read, I couldn’t put it down! Wonderfully written with such beautiful descriptions of the scenery it felt like I was there with the characters. The plot moved at a perfect pace and the characters were well developed and relatable. Highly recommend this book to those who enjoy fantasy reads or anyone looking to try the genre out!
